Dr. Sheeba Leo, DNP, FNP-BC, CRNP, is an experienced and board-certified licensed Family nurse practitioner with experience in Family Medicine serving in the Philadelphia region. Dr. Leo obtained a doctorate degree and family nurse practitioner certification and graduated with honors from Temple University in 2018. She is specializing in family health, focusing on educating and promoting quality care to communities with complex health problems and preventive care. Dr. Leo has various experiences in acute Hospital settings, family Practice, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and long-term facilities.  She's also an adjunct professor at Drexel University.  She is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau  International Honor Society. Dr. Leo is committed to applying a holistic approach to Medicine while utilizing evidence-based guidelines combined with strong clinical experiences to carry out patient care and serve the community for healthier living. 

Dr. Greg Skochko DO, MS Internal Medicine

Dr. Gregory Skochko, DO, MS. is a board-certified family physician with over 12 years of primary care experience, including the past several years serving the northwest Philadelphia region. He has provided health care in a wide assortment of outpatient and inpatient settings during his career. Dr. Skochko was commissioned into the Air Force in 2002 and earned his osteopathic medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Biology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to deciding to pursue a medical career in primary care, he performed antiviral research in the biotech industry. He also will complete his Master of Public Health Degree from George Washington University this year.
